Your app is freezing on IOS. I close app and reopen, it works for few seconds and freezes again. It’s not usable! Fix this. Thanks

When I enter the application and perform a search, the application closes automatically after about 15 minutes.

I dnt know of any other country but am in Ghana and i wont recommend shopping on the Ghana site. Their customer care service officers are very rude and takes too long to get your products delivered. Also some of their products do not work at all. Try Alixpresa instead.

Application restart after searching for an item and more app to the background or get a call. You have to search and find items again. This is annoying

I ordered an item and after over three months of waiting I got an email notifying me that my order had been delivered and signed for. The email also stated clearly that I could request for a refund if I didn't receive my order. I put in the refund request and it was denied because they said they were going to deliver in a few days. After weeks of waiting, I decided to reach out to the customer service via their live chat option. The rep actually told me she doesn't owe me any money and can't offer a refund. I resolved to let this go as I clearly wasn't going to receive the item or money.

I made an order it has taken months without receiving a thing and when I asked for a refund it wasn’t given to me upto now .The funny thing the order doesn’t show that it’s in transit.so I would say these are scams I would never advise anyone to make an order on this app unless when you are okay loosing your money.ooh and their customer service doesn’t reply I have written to them for months so it’s just for show

This app is a big scam please be careful when you make purchases. I i placed an order and it never came but the status on the package is showing delivered

This was my first attempt to see whether kikuu is worth it, and how i regret the decision.At their collection centre in Morogoro Tanzania I was treated like garbage.Made wait for the product for an hour and when I asked them whats not happening I was point blank told if I am not happy with service they will send my purchase back to seller in China so that he can figure out how to send it back to me in more convenient way!...i will never bay from kiKuu again.

You download an app and it takes ages to try signing up to no avail. Fix this. Signed up with google, and couldn’t sign in Put a number snd it won’t receive code. Tried other numbers from other networks and the app doesn’t even recognize the number as legal. Fix it or get the app off business. Very annoying

I love using this app

Kikuu give a good opportunity to all individuals to have products that a very I inspired to us. But the only big problem that kikuu fails is that when you order a product such as a lower price product just arrives in only 10 days , but when you try to order the higher price products they came late and takes even a months. Please developers work on that issue. We will give you five stars.

I lovvvee the app bcos of its free shipping to one’s doorstep,the human hairs I have bought are of good quality so far but I have a bit of a problem with their measurements,you have to start using Africa measurement than china measurement

Ordered a shoe about 4 months ago and I’ve still not received. I’ve contacted the office severally but nothing has been done about it. Really disappointed with your customer service this time around

The store has good products but haven’t been able to order any cuz my location which is the North West region of Cameroon isn’t on the locations list. Cameroon has 10 regions but KIKUU’s shipping locations list has 9 and the only one that was left out is where I’m at. Please do include *North West* on KIKUU’s shipping locations list for Cameroon so I can also order and use the good products I see in the app. Also, include the option for customers to send complaints or ask for help via email. There isn’t always an agent present for live chat so emailing will be very very helpful. I eagerly look forward to seeing these changes made ASAP.

I never received my package but I received a mail and a message that my package has been sign out ....after all the wait for about 2 months .....I’m disappointed 😠

I’ve been shopping at KiKUU since long,but I just ordered an IPhone which is almost 800gh cedis and the phone hasn’t arrive and I cannot even track it again ,getting to three months.If my money or the package did not arrive to me I will do my best as I can to( curse )you the shipper and the KiKUU itself

Delivery used to be on time but now it’s worse. There is also no way to speak to someone for help as the live chat doesn’t function properly. Delivering on time has to be urgently taken care of because it’s my biggest problem. Aside that everything else is good and products I have bought are the same as posted. The difference might only be in quality since that can’t be assessed in the picture.

At times delivery is very slow and at times it’s very good and at times the items are very good as seen in the picture but when it comes to some of your bags, they ain’t as expected because you see a big picture and it comes and it’s very little. Anyways I still love Kikuu

Poor service and delivery, I was supposed to have order on 22nd it’s 27th, tracking stand still, can’t also contact customer care, starting to think it’s a scam app
